Mauricio Izumi, University of São Paulo

Mauricio Izumi is a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Politics and Economics in the Public Sector Studies (CEPESP-FGV), a research assistant at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning  (CEBRAP) and a researcher at the Research Center of Comparative and International Studies (NECI/USP). He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at the University of São Paulo in 2018. This is the third time Mauricio will be a teaching fellow in the Summer School. He will serve as a teaching fellow for Mauricio is a Ph.D. student of Political Science at University of São Paulo (USP), a research assistant at Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning  (CEBRAP) and a researcher at the Research Center of Comparative and International Studies (NECI/USP). He will be serving as a teaching fellow for the "Essentials of Multiple Regression Analysis", "Mathematics for Social Scientists" and "Building Parametric Statistical Models" courses in 2019.
