Herlinde Pauer-Studer, University of Vienna, Austria

Herlinde Pauer-Studer is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Vienna. She studied Philosophy at the University of Salzburg and the University of Toronto. She has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University, a Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University and a Fulbright Fellow at the Department of Philosophy at New York University. Her research areas are political and legal philosophy, ethics, and philosophy of action. She taught a course on methods and problems in political philosophy in the 2015 and 2017 Summer Schools and is returning to teach the same course in 2018.
