Guilherme Jardim Duarte, University of São Paulo

Guilherme Jardim Duarte is a Ph.D. candidate in Constitutional Law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP). He has been a teaching fellow for the undergraduate course "Research Methods and Techniques in Political Science", offered by the Department of Political Science at USP. His main interests are quantitative research and judicial behavior. His doctoral research aims to analyze judicial independence (de jure and de facto) of Supreme and Constitutional Courts in Brazil and other countries.  In 2015, Guilherme will be a teaching fellow for the Refresher Course in Mathematics.
